Vidya replied to the question whether she had ever faced a casting couch during her film career by describing this bad experience. Vidya tells about a director who invited her to his room and the formula she used to escape from it.

‘I have not faced the casting couch. But I’ve heard horror stories about this before. That was the fear of my parents. This is the reason parents tell you to quit acting. But I have not faced any such dire situation. But had a bad experience. It can only be described as unfortunate.

I was in Chennai for the shooting of an ad film. In the meantime I met the director of a film who promised to do it. We met at a coffee shop to talk about the film. But he insisted on going to his room and talking. But I didn’t understand. I was alone. But I did one thing wisely. After reaching the room I opened the door fully. With that he realized that the only way out was for him.’ Vidya says in an interview to Humans of Bombay. The actor added that he was also out of the film.

Vidya was last seen in ‘Jalsa’ opposite Shefali Shah. Nee and Lovers are the upcoming projects.

Sushmita Sen undergoes angioplasty after suffering heart attack.

Bollywood star Sushmita Sen suffered a heart attack few days ago, the actor announced Thursday in an Instagram post. The 47-year-old actor added that she underwent an angioplasty and had a stent put in place.

“Keep your heart happy & courageous, and it’ll stand by you when you need it the most Shona” (Wise words by my father @sensubir ) I suffered a heart attack a couple of days back…Angioplasty done…stent in place…and most importantly, my cardiologist reconfirmed ‘I do have a big heart,’” she captioned the post in which she can be seen with her father.

Lots of people to thank for their timely aid & constructive action…will do so in another post! This post is just to keep you (my well wishers & loved ones) informed of the good news …that all is well & I am ready for some life again!!! I love you guys beyond,” she added.

Netizens were shocked upon hearing the news and wished for the Main Hoon Na star’s speedy recovery. Sushmita was last seen in the second season of Aarya, and has already shot for the third season.

Earlier Reports about Kangana writing a letter to the Lok Sabha Secretariat. The letter has requested that she be allowed to film ‘Emergency’ on the parliament premises.

According to the reports, private entities are not allowed to normally shoot or record any sort of videography inside Parliament premises. However, it will be diverse for any official or government work. The Parliament Premises has allowed shooting programs or events inside state broadcast Doordarshan and Sansad TV.

The film Emergency:-

The film is based on a political drama produced and directed by Kangana. Actress Kangana Ranaut will play the lead role of the late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. On her death anniversary, Kangana said, “Bharat ki Pratham Mahila Pradhan Mantri, Bharat Ratan Srimati Indira Gandhi ji ki puniye tithi par unhe naman (Salute to India’s first Prime Minister, awardee of Bharat Ratna Indira Gandhi on her death anniversary) #IndiraGandhi.” Apart from actress Kangana, the film has Anupam Kher, Milind Soman, Mahima Chaudhry, Satish Kaushik, and Shreyas Talpade playing the key roles.
