Fondly called as National Crush Rashmika Mandanna is regularly in headlines for various reasons. The actress, who was seen in Allu Arjun’s Pan Indian blockbuster Pushpa has been in controversies since a couple of months now.

Rashmika Mandanna recently opened up about the influence Bollywood songs have had on her over the years. The actress spoke about it at the recent song launch event of her upcoming Hindi film, ‘Mission Majnu’.
Rashmika said that she feels Bollywood songs are more romantic. According to her, south songs have more mass and item songs. However, when it comes to romantic numbers, Bollywood wins.
Now these comments of Rashmika have made the South Indian cinema fans angry. They say that Rashmika should have talked carefully without going overboard by putting Bollywood on higher position.
Netizens comment that she can say that she loves Bollywood romantic songs, but comparing and degrading South Indian Cinema is unnecessary as even in South Indian films there are hundreds of romantic chart busters.
Earlier, the comments Rashmika made on Rishab Shetty’s production house and blockbuster film Kantara were understood and conveyed in a wrong manner. This led to an uproar on social media, and there was indeed a talk on social media that Kannada production and distribution troops have banned Rashmika and her films in Karnataka.
But later, Rashmika clarified that there was no boycott on her. Now we have to wait and see how these comments of Rashmika Mandanna about South Indian Cinema will affect her.
